📦 Important Notice to Residents & Owners
Hello Residents and Owners,
We would like to make everyone aware of a recent incident involving a parcel delivered to the foyer of our building that has unfortunately gone missing. The parcel was seen in the foyer shortly after delivery by several residents but has since disappeared before being collected by its intended owner.
⚠️ A Concern for Our Community
Following discussions with several residents, it appears this may not be an isolated occurrence.
It is disappointing and concerning that incidents such as this may be happening within our building.
One of the things that makes apartment living enjoyable is the trust and respect we share with one another. It is distressing to think that this trust may now be at risk.
📦 Could the Parcel Have Been Taken by Mistake?
If you have accidentally collected a parcel that does not belong to you, or perhaps moved it for safekeeping, we kindly ask that you return it to the foyer or contact the Owners Corporation as soon as possible.
We understand that genuine mistakes can happen and simply ask that the parcel be returned to its rightful owner.
⚖️ A Friendly Reminder
Parcels and mail addressed to another resident remain the property of the intended recipient.
Deliberately removing or keeping another person’s delivered parcel may constitute theft and could result in the matter being referred to Victoria Police for investigation.
We sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly and amicably without the need for further action.

- Collect deliveries as soon as possible after they arrive.
- Check the recipient’s name carefully before taking a parcel.
- If you receive someone else’s delivery, please leave it in the foyer or notify Building Management.
- Report any suspicious activity to the Owners Corporation.
- Help maintain the respectful and friendly community we all enjoy.
