Gemini will be undertaking works to rectify water leaks along the East Elevation of 41–43 Spray Street.
Planning for these rectification works has been underway for some time, and we are pleased that the works are now able to progress.

Residents are advised that there may be some noise and inconvenience while contractors are onsite.
Please take care when moving around the property and observe any temporary signage or restricted areas.
